Join us Wednesdays at 6:00 pm for a transformative journey towards physical, mental, and emotional wellness! This gentle Hatha Yoga class will leave you feeling profoundly relaxed and grounded. No prior experience with yoga necessary.
Robin began her journey with yoga more than 25 years ago, when a friend recommended yoga to help heal a knee injury. She was instantly hooked and felt a peace she had never felt before.
Her foundation is in Hatha yoga. She studied with teachers in the Kennebunk area for many years before earning her 200 hr yoga teacher certification in January 2018 with Mindy Muse. During her training she gained experience in other hatha yoga styles, as well as restorative and yin yoga. She has since taken additional workshops in Yin Yoga with Liza Dousson, J. Brown’s Gentle is the New Advanced Workshop, and completed a Teaching Apprenticeship with Jacqui Bonwell.
Robin believes that the time you spend on the mat is your own, and her classes will invite you to be where you are each moment of the practice. She will always give options and believes in the use of props. This gentle Hatha yoga practice will focus on alignment, connecting your movements with your breath, and helping you to learn what feels good for your body.
She looks forward to helping you live more fully in the moment, both on and off the mat.
